Even the NY Times is starting to notice

October 10, 2008

what has been obvious for a while. The NY Times finally runs a story on the shady, and possibly illegal campaign donations that have been floating the Obama campaign.

Liberals have trouble with actual facts

August 31, 2008

Ann Althouse points out that liberal columnist Maureen Dowd got quite a number of simple facts wrong

If Quayle was a “fun, bantamweight cheerleader from the West,” then Obama must be too. Illinois — for the geographically challenged — is one notch west of Indiana. And Quayle was a second term Senator when he was picked for VP in 1988 And he’d been in Congress since 1976.

The NY Times calls for the US to Invade!

May 14, 2008

Yup, the NY York Times joins the leftist hypocrites at Time Magazine in calling for the US to invade Burma, or whatever they are calling themselves these days.

Liberal pundit Paul Krugman, lies to protect democrats

Hardly a surprise that this NY Times columnist does it to anyone playing attention.

Leftist bias at the NY Times…

September 14, 2007

The American Spectator supplies yet another example:

The New York Times in the past has rejected “advocacy” ads from Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, as well as from the National Right to Life Committee, despite the fact that both would have qualified for the same “special advocacy, stand by” rates that the radical, left-wing organization was given for its smear ad of Gen. David Petraeus.

MoveOn, which is largely financed by billionaire George Soros, as well as other major financial donors to the Democratic National Committee, was given a $100,000 discount for the ad which called the U.S. commander of armed forces in Iraq a traitor.

The Times claimed that MoveOn was given no special treatment, but several organizations that sought to place ads in a similar manner in past years have been turned away or were told that the ads were bumped for higher paying ads.

Similarly, during the 2004 election season, a representative from Swift Boat Veterans for Truth sought to place a full-page ad in the paper, but was turned away.

I’m not surprised…
