“Hope & Change” does not include tolerance.

April 12, 2009

It seems that tolerance, as well as diversity, is not included in the set of “Hope & Change.”

Since Arizona State University made the rational and well thought out decision not grant our Dear Leader an honorary degree because of his overall lack of experience in just about anything, the radical extremist far left that makes up the most rabid of Team Lightbringer’s supporters have reacted true to form.

ASU dared to defy their leftist deity, so they want the heretics burned. I’m not kidding. There have been actual death threats from the “open minded and tolerant” left.

Laurie Chassin co-chairs the ASU Honorary Degree Committee along with Christine Wilkinson, but she is on sabbatical this year and is not involved in this year’s evaluations. According to a source within the administration, she reportedly received death threats after this story hit national news on Thursday. An ASU spokesperson said they started receiving hate-email within minutes after the story was published on Huffington Post.

The President’s friend and advisor, the terrorist William Ayers should be proud.

Bill Ayers expains it all…

Barak Obama’s Resume Part 3

September 24, 2008

In Part 1 we discussed Barak Obama’s resume inflation.
Part 2 talked about his greatest achievement.

Part 3 will focus on some actual “executive experience” that Barry Obama has.
As the WSJ points out:

Despite having authored two autobiographies, Barack Obama has never written about his most important executive experience. From 1995 to 1999, he led an education foundation called the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC), and remained on the board until 2001. The group poured more than $100 million into the hands of community organizers and radical education activists.

The CAC was the brainchild of Bill Ayers, a founder of the Weather Underground in the 1960s. Among other feats, Mr. Ayers and his cohorts bombed the Pentagon, and he has never expressed regret for his actions. Barack Obama’s first run for the Illinois State Senate was launched at a 1995 gathering at Mr. Ayers’s home.

The Obama campaign has struggled to downplay that association. Last April, Sen. Obama dismissed Mr. Ayers as just “a guy who lives in my neighborhood,” and “not somebody who I exchange ideas with on a regular basis.” Yet documents in the CAC archives make clear that Mr. Ayers and Mr. Obama were partners in the CAC. Those archives are housed in the Richard J. Daley Library at the University of Illinois at Chicago and I’ve recently spent days looking through them.

The Obama campaign has cried foul when Bill Ayers comes up, claiming “guilt by association.” Yet the issue here isn’t guilt by association; it’s guilt by participation. As CAC chairman, Mr. Obama was lending moral and financial support to Mr. Ayers and his radical circle. That is a story even if Mr. Ayers had never planted a single bomb 40 years ago.

Another shining endorsement for Obama

Barak H. Obama, after gaining the coveted Triple Crown of Dictators endorsement, is back at work gaining the endorsement of domestic terrorists. Joining the bandwagon is former Weatherman Mike Klonsky.

Domestic left wing terrorists strike again!

The far left liberal domestic terrorist group known as the so-called “Animal Liberation Front”, torched a van at UCLA as part as their anti-science agenda.

Leftist Terrorists in America

February 26, 2008

No surprise that they are in California and are anti-Science.
The LA Times reports:

Authorities are investigating a fire caused by a device left today at a house owned by a UCLA professor who conducts animal research — the second time the house has been targeted in less than four months.

The device was placed this morning on the front porch of a Westside house owned by Edythe London, FBI officials in Los Angeles said.

London, a professor of psychiatry and bio-behavioral sciences and of molecular and medical pharmacology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, uses lab monkeys in her research on nicotine addiction.

FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller confirmed that officials with the Joint Terrorism Task Force were investigating the incident. “It was ignited and caused damage to the property,” Eimiller said. “No one was home at the time and nobody was hurt.” Eimiller said no one had claimed responsibility. But the agency is investigating the claim that the Animal Liberation Front used a garden hose to flood London’s house Oct. 20 in an attempt to stop her animal experiments.

Meanwhile, in the UK…

September 4, 2007

Antisemitism seems to be on the rise:

Our report showed a pattern of fear among a small number of British citizens — there are around 300,000 Jews in Britain, of whom about a third are observant — that is not acceptable in a modern democracy. Synagogues attacked. Jewish schoolboys jostled on public transportation. Rabbis punched and knifed. British Jews feeling compelled to raise millions to provide private security for their weddings and community events. On campuses, militant anti-Jewish students fueled by Islamist or far-left hate seeking to prevent Jewish students from expressing their opinions.

Animal Rights Activists Marking Animal Researchers for Death

How the left "Supports the Troops"

August 2, 2007

By way of Blonde Sagacity, comes yet another example:

“…A college student was arrested Sunday in the slashing of 42 tires on 13 government vehicles in an Army recruiting office parking lot, saying he was angry about the war in Iraq, authorities said.

Following a number of calls about a man wearing black and slashing tires, two deputies stopped a 19-year-old college student from Colorado as he tried to run from the lot shortly after midnight Sunday, a Kitsap County sheriff’s office report said.

The man put up his hands, dropped a knife and, after being made to lie on the ground and being read his rights, asked, “Is this the time where I can confess?” deputies wrote.

On a portable breath test, his blood alcohol level registered .168, more than twice the legal threshold for intoxication, according to the report.

He told deputies he decided to slash the tires of Army recruiting vehicles because he “hated the military and the government and the war we were in.”

He was jailed for investigation of first-degree malicious mischief, a dangerous-weapon violation for the knife and being a minor in possession of alcohol, with bail set at $10,000…”

Far Left Extremist Domestic Terrorism

July 6, 2007

Via the Volokh Conspiracy comes this LA Times story:

The FBI and the Los Angeles Fire Department are investigating an anonymous claim that animal rights extremists placed an unexploded incendiary device found under the car of a prominent UCLA eye doctor last weekend. The incident was similar to one last year in which another UCLA researcher was the intended target.

A gasoline-filled device was discovered Sunday by the car outside the Westside home of Dr. Arthur Rosenbaum, who is chief of pediatric ophthalmology at UCLA’s Jules Stein Eye Institute. The device did not ignite despite evidence of an attempt to light it ….

An e-mail on Wednesday signed by the Animal Liberation Brigade said the group put the device there to stop experiments on animals in Rosenbaum’s laboratory….

According to the National Institutes of Health, [Rosenbaum’s] lab received federal funding to, among other things, test tiny implanted electrodes on monkeys to correct severe cross-eyed conditions….
