Obama’s aunt found living illegally in public housing in Boston

November 1, 2008

As AoSHQ points out, “Sort of sums up his entire candidacy, doesn’t it?”

Zeituni Onyango, Barak Obama’s aunt, is in the United States illegally, is illegally living in public housing in Boston, and illegally donated to Barak Obama’s campaign.

Another "Name that Party" news story

September 18, 2008

The son of a U.S. Congressman from was arrested for smugging illegal aliens into the United States in Arizona. In addition to the five illegals, John Boyd, son of [democrat] Florida Congressman Allen Boyd was also found with a supply of crystal methamphetamine, four unopened syringes, a spoon with white residue and burn marks on the bottom.

Nowhere in the story is the party of Congressman Boyd mentioned. So of course, that makes it pretty much dead certain that Congressman Boyd is a democrat.

LA racing to be part of the third world

By way of Ace is this sad story about the LA City Council telling businesses that they have no property rights:

LA City Council Vote Unanimously That “Big Box Stores” Such as Home Depot Must Provide Shelters, Bathrooms, and Water for the Illegal Immigrants Illegally Loitering on Their Property.

Double Plus Good Duck Speak from MSNBC

May 28, 2008

According to the “unbias reporters” at MSNBC, you are not having your identity stolen by illegal criminal immigrants, you are sharing your identity with “undocumented workers.” That is, of course, utter bullshit shoveled your way by the far hard left extremists at the so-called “news organization” at MSNBC.

No Surprise to anyone who pays attention.

Unemployment plummets after crackdown on illegal immigrants.

Unemployment rates are rising across the United States, except Oklahoma. That state is experiencing the most dramatic reduction in unemployment since 2007, an improvement many in Oklahoma attribute to the passage last year by the state legislature of a strong employment-focused immigration reform law.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on Friday reported unemployment in Oklahoma had fallen to 3.1 percent in March, down from 4 percent in March last year, while unemployment nationwide was 5.1 percent, up from 4.4 percent in March last year.

More yummy, crunchy goodness from Bryan at Hot Air.
In this case it Mexican politicians whining about the cost of illegals immigrants coming back to their legal home country in Mexico because of common sense laws in Arizona.

A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora was in Tucson on Tuesday to say Arizona’s new employer sanctions law will have a devastating effect on the Mexican state.
At a news conference, the legislators said Sonora – Arizona’s southern neighbor, made up of mostly small towns – cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools it will face as illegal Mexican workers here return to their hometowns without jobs or money.

77 percent of American adults oppose driver’s licenses for illegal aliens,

November 6, 2007

From the Washington Times:

Voters oppose driver’s licenses for illegal aliens by a nearly five-to-one margin, a new Fox 5/Washington Times/Rasmussen Reports poll finds.

As immigration politics explode into the presidential race, polls show Americans are taking a hard line on benefits for illegal aliens, including opposing driver’s licenses and such taxpayer-funded benefits as scholarships at state colleges for illegal-alien students.

Licenses fared poorly across party lines, including near-blanket opposition among self-identified Republicans, at 88 percent. Among independents and Democrats, it was still overwhelmingly unpopular, drawing 75 percent and 68 percent opposition, respectively.

On the issue of public benefits, the poll’s sample of California voters found 62 percent opposed state-sponsored college scholarships for children of illegal aliens

Meanwhile, on the issue of enforcement, the poll’s sample of 500 Texas voters found strong support for a crackdown: 75 percent said they favor police officers automatically checking legal status during traffic stops, and 66 percent said if someone stopped turns out to be illegal, they should be deported.

democrat presidential front runner Hillary Rodham Clinton supports giving benefits, paid by the taxes of citizens and legal residents, to illegal residents.

Viv’la France!

October 4, 2007

The President of France has bigger balls then most US liberals.
Pilgrim points out:

The President of France, Nikolas Sarkozy, has decided that France should establish a goal of expelling 125,000 illegal immigrants by the end of the year. And of course, in France “illegal immigrant” most often translates into “Muslim” of one sort or another.

This gives sort of a bizarre twist to the usual order of things, when France’s president has the nerve to face an out of control illegal immigration problem and actually DO something about it and our president, well, doesn’t.

Rising tide for sensible immigration law enforcement

August 19, 2007

From Rasmussen:

“Fifty-eight percent (58%) of voters nationwide favor cutting off federal funds for ‘sanctuary cities’ that offer protection to illegal immigrants. A Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that just 29% are opposed. . . . By a 56% to 31% margin, voters want the government to continue building a fence along the Mexican border.” It’ll be interesting to see how both parties approach this.
