Monday was kinda hectic, so I missed the Monday Book Pick.
This week’s pick is “The Sky People” by S.M. Stirling.
He had a lot of fun with this one. What if the Golden Age SF writers were right, and not only were Venus and Mars inhabitable, they had native, mostly human, populations?
The Cold War between the America and its allies against the Soviet Union & Communist China was a Space Race.
Welcome to Venus, with dinosaurs, pebble bed nuclear reactors and a blond native princess in a fur bikini. Woof!
