Two things to take from this video.
1. Obama will tailor what he is saying to fit the circumstances. In other words, he lies.
2. Barak Obama was 100% wrong about the effect of the Surge in Iraq. He predicted failure, instead of the success US Troops have had.
It is really sad to see how far the democrat party has fallen since the days of President John F. Kennedy.
