The video CNN doesn’t want you to see.
April 20, 2009The Netcast of the Week.
April 2, 2009If you listen to one pod/netcast this week, make it episode 43 of Brassballs Radio.
Wendy “RightGirl” Sullivan interviews Ezra Levant about his 900 day ordeal with the Canadian so-called “Human Rights” Commission, which is actually a rigged “kangaroo court.”
Here is the first in a series of videos of one of Levant’s interrogations by the “Human Rights” commission.
Mr. Levant went on to write a book about his ordeal and how these so-called “courts” in Canada operate. Shakedown: How Our Government is Undermining Democracy in the Name of Human Rights is selling out all over Canada. It’s a wake up call for what can happen in America if the left continues to push its agenda of “political correctness.”

March 30, 2009The New Thought Police: Inside the Left’s Assault on Free Speech and Free Minds by Tammy Bruce and Laura C. Schlessinger
Tammy Bruce is a classic Liberal, not a leftist. A very important distinction these days. Unlike the far left extremists that have hijacked the democrat party, Classic Liberals are defenders of Free Speech.
File this one under blindingly obvious…
July 10, 2008…except of course for so-called “progressives” who are actually trying to destroy the Bill of Rights. Stanford Law Professor Lawrence Lessig points out that the anti-First Amendment “Fairness Doctrine” is a direct attack on constitutionally protected free speech:
HH: Do you favor the return of the Fairness Doctrine?LL: I don’t think you can, under the First Amendment, restore the Fairness Doctrine, and I don’t have any desire to amend the First Amendment, no.
HH: And do did you think the Fairness Doctrine, or that Red Lion, was wrongly decided when it came down?
LL :In that technology context, maybe not. Certainly now in the context of the technology we have right, I don’t think it’s constitutional, no.
HH: On that note of extraordinary agreement, Professor Lessig, thank you for your time. I look forward to having you back another time.
LL: Thanks for having me.
This has nothing to do with “Fairness” and everything

April 9, 2008He’s just lucky that the members of the Cult of Algore don’t burn people at the stake because that would have a Carbon Footprint.
How the left "supports the troops"
January 27, 2008They don’t really, they just mouth the words so they don’t sound like the anti-American barbarians they really are. If you are against “war and stuff”, vote your congresscritter who votes for it out of office. Attacking the men and women in uniform who defend your right to curse them is barbaric.
Case in point, the so-called compassionate and caring far hard left extremist leftist “liberals” in Berkeley, CA who are trying to pass a new zoning law for U.S. Military recruitment offices that they admit is based on the law for porn shops.
Frankly, I’m surprised that Berkeley has such harsh laws against adult oriented businesses exercising their First Amendment rights. I guess all that “Freedom of Expression” stuff is to have adult bookstores in your neighborhood, not theirs.
HO, HO, HO!

November 9, 2007Brian Maloney has yet another example:
A two- year effort by a socialist youth group to shut down a San Francisco- based conservative talk radio station has been rejected by the FCC, according to reports emerging late Friday.
…
Aided by older allies that included the San Francisco Board Of Supervisors, the East Bay- based Youth Media Council formally petitioned the FCC to deny conservative KNEW-AM a renewal of its license to broadcast. And in a twist, the hip- hop advocacy group also sought to shut down several of KNEW’s sister stations, including KYLD-FM and KMEL-FM, both of which air music.
In making their case, the young “progressives” tried to claim that Savage, Katz and others had sought to incite violence, especially against bicycle activists, via their on- air commentaries.
While their primary demand may have been denied, they did succeed in convincing the FCC to fine station owner Clear Channel Communications a total of $20,000 for obscure technical violations that were alleged in the YMC’s petition.
…
Interestingly, in the two years since this petition was filed, the left has shifted its strategy on this front, perhaps recognizing the difficulty in shutting down stations via license revocations. This year, for example, we’ve seen a concerted effort by the Soros- funded left to remove conservative talk hosts through public pressure campaigns against owners and advertisers.
Clearly, just since 2005, the left has become far more sophisticated in its efforts to exterminate speech it opposes. Two short years from now, will they have far more to show for their efforts?
This is just another example of how the Soros funded far left extremists know that they can not compete in market of free ideas and free speech.
